A look back at how unifying 17 brands created a trusted platform for digital health education—and what comes next.
One year ago, Medlive was launched. Not as a new venture, but as the next chapter in a story already 15 years in the making.
Medlive emerged from the legacy of PlatformQ Health—a company that pioneered digital healthcare education, scaling into 17 distinct brands, each serving unique communities across 14 therapeutic areas. But as the landscape evolved, so did the need for clarity, consistency, and cohesion.
That’s why, one year ago, PlatformQ Health unified its mission under a single, powerful identity: Medlive.
As CEO Robert Rosenbloom shared, Medlive was built with one truth in mind:
“There are few moments more defining than when someone learns they’re facing a serious health challenge. We’ve built Medlive to deliver education that works in those moments—trusted, timely, and tailored to the people who need it most. Whether it’s a clinician on the front lines or a family navigating care options, our goal is the same: to provide the right education, to the right person, at the right time—so they can make informed decisions and see better outcomes.”
Medlive has established partnerships with 150+ leading advocacy groups, associations, and medical societies, spanning rare diseases, chronic conditions, and key specialty areas across healthcare. Together, we’ve launched over 50 partner pages on Medlive. These are trusted destinations for condition-specific education with tailored resources that serve the unique needs of each community.
We also launched our patient-centered education product suite—a focused, purpose-built collection of programming grounded in what we know about how clinicians, patients and caregivers learn. Whether it’s helping a newly diagnosed patient and their caregiver understand what questions to ask at their next appointment or supporting a clinician with timely guidance on how to apply emerging therapies in practice, this suite is designed to make education more accessible, empathetic, and actionable. It’s one more step toward a future where digital learning doesn’t just deliver information—it delivers care.
And we’re just getting started.
As Chief Technology Officer Chris Peterson, puts it:
“The innovation in this organization continues to amaze me. We strive for the highest quality in everything we do—from user experience to production design—because we know the stakes are real.”
Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey so far—from our advocacy partners and healthcare collaborators to the patients, caregivers, and clinicians who have trusted us with their time and attention. We’re proud of what we’ve built—and energized by what lies ahead.
