Medlive, a PlatformQ Health brand, is dedicated to offering top-tier communication and engagement tools to healthcare providers and patients through our digital platforms. This includes support for users employing assistive technologies, such as speech recognition software and screen readers.
To achieve our universal design goals, we adhere to the internationally recognized best practices outlined in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA.
Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT)
The VPAT, developed by the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) and the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), is a standardized form that documents a product’s compliance with Section 508 regulations. These documents detail how institutions receiving federal funding can utilize the accessibility features of our platforms.
Our team has conducted an accessibility assessment of our digital platforms. This assessment is documented in the VPAT below.
Please note that any VPAT posted below on the Medlive platform, within the PlatformQ Health product suite, or made publicly available, should not be interpreted as part of any contract, either explicitly or implicitly, without PlatformQ Health’s express acknowledgment through contractual language.
